History: Amman Baptist Church, Jabal Al-Weibdeh
After worshipping in a rented house from 1972, the congregation built its own church in Jabal Al-Weibdeh. Engineer Manhal Zureiqat designed the new building. The parish archive describes adding a lower hall for youth activities beneath the main worship hall.
An interesting detail
In October 2019 a church hall hosted the opening of the volunteer-run House of Wisdom club for older people.
