A brief history
Dubai's Mar Thoma parish formed in 1969 among Christians from Kerala, initially worshipping in a school. It moved to Holy Trinity Church in 1975. Land allocated at Jebel Ali in 1999 enabled a separate building: its foundation stone was laid in 2000 and the church was consecrated on 14 December 2001.
An interesting detail
The parish celebrates Holy Qurbana in both Malayalam and English, reflecting its Kerala roots and multilingual community.
