A brief history
Catholics on the east coast initially received visiting priests from Sharjah and celebrated Mass in homes. Fujairah gained its first resident parish priest in 1992, using a rented villa. Land granted by the emirate's ruler allowed construction of this church, a parish hall and priest's residence. The church was consecrated on 25 October 2002.

A June 2026 vicariate report records the parish's patronal feast, preceded by nine days of novena prayers.
