A brief history
This Heliopolis congregation celebrated its centenary with Protestant church leaders and parishioners. The Egyptian Protestant presidency documents the celebration, providing evidence of a century of community life, although it does not establish that every part of today’s building is that old.
An interesting detail
In March 2024, the church welcomed Middle East Council of Churches secretary general Michel Abs for worship and discussion of the council’s history and projects.
