A brief history
Built near Steamer Point in 1864, Christ Church counted Queen Victoria among its benefactors. Looted during the 1994 civil war, it was restored and reopened in 1996.
An interesting detail
Its compound became home to Ras Morbat Eye Clinic, where eye care has been offered regardless of religion.
