Une brève histoire
L’église actuelle ouvrit à Noël 1913, au-dessus d’une ancienne église latine sur l’acropole de Madaba.
Saints et traditions
Sa dédicace rappelle le martyre de Jean à Machéronte, pas dans cette église.
